Q: what colour setting should I use for my pictures?
A: S RGB is the standard colour format.
Q: are my files good enough to print?
A: our software will warn you if your pictures are of poor quality, you can still proceed with your order if you feel that they meet your standards.
Q: will my pictures remain private?
A: your picture files remain on your computer, our software encrypts and transmits only the final print file which is securely encrypted.
Q: can you alter the colour of my pictures?
A: there are some basic colour controls available within our software for you to edit the colour. Once you complete your order we cannot alter the colour of your files.
